Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out with a purchase. We will offer a full refund for all full priced, unworn and tagged merchandise within 14 days of receiving the product. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that you will need your receipt or proof of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns if the item(s) have been worn, if the tags have been removed or if the item(s) has been soiled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange items that are defective or are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at saintames23@gmail.com
*We will not offer exchanges on custom orders
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded.

Please note that we ship all orders as quickly as we can, however shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Saint Ames is not responsible for carrier and postal delivery time frames or any damaged/lost items.
