Shipping policy

We are currently limited to shipping within the United States. All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Once your item has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number. When we are experiencing high volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipping. If we foresee a significant delay in shipping, we will do our best to stay in communication with you about your order. Please ensure that your postal address and information details are accurate. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Saint Ames is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered, Saint Ames is not responsible for the stolen or missing package. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with any questions regarding shipment tracking and how to file any claims. 

 

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally. We are working hard to change this in the near future!
